Our History

In July 2007, CEO, Bruce Howard and COO, David Wisniewski formed Synergy Intel Group, using their experience in military and defense support to launch a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB).

In October 2013, we welcomed a new era as Synergy ECP (Employees, Customers, Performance) – a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with seasoned leaders and a strong, determined staff ready to embrace new challenges and continue as a driving force in our field.

In January 2019, we added proven industry executive Chad Michael to our senior leadership team. He is our Chief Strategic Growth Officer (CSGO) and forms our current leadership triad with CEO, Bruce Howard and COO, David Wisniewski as we look to a future of expanding opportunities to serve and provide expertise in our industry.

Synergy ECP has grown its roots, providing outstanding work on subcontracting opportunities within Fort Meade and its surrounding area. Over the years, Synergy ECP has quickly grown branches stretching into the fields of intelligence, health care and the US Department of Defense creating the company’s versatility to an expanding client. This continued growth and success has helped Synergy ECP to write its next chapter.

In November 2023, Falfurrias Capital Partners announced a platform investment in Synergy ECP. The partnership with Falfurrias will strengthen our ability to deliver vital, mission-critical services to our Intelligence Community customers without taking away from our ability to support our other customers.
